Welcome to 786 Mobile Quebec. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services, including mobile repair, parts sales, and accessories. By engaging our services or purchasing products, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Services and Repairs
2.1. Repair Warranty:
- All repairs come with a 30-day warranty from the date of service. This warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not extend to new issues.
- The warranty is void if the device is damaged, misused, or repaired by another party after our service.
2.2. Diagnosis and Estimates:
- Diagnostic services are free if repairs are completed; otherwise, a fee may apply.
- The customer will receive an estimated cost for repairs, which must be approved before work begins.
2.3. Repair Limitations:
- We do not guarantee repair success in cases of severe damage, such as water damage or motherboard issues.
- Repairs may affect device manufacturer warranties, and 786 Mobile Quebec is not responsible for any such voiding.
3. Parts and Product Sales
3.1. Product Availability and Pricing:
- All parts and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Prices displayed are in CAD and do not include applicable taxes.
3.2. Returns and Exchanges:
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- Electrical parts (like batteries) are non-returnable unless defective.
3.3. Defective Products:
- If a product is defective, it can be exchanged within 7 days. After this period, any warranty claims will follow the manufacturer’s policy.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- 786 Mobile Quebec is not responsible for data loss during repairs. We recommend that customers back up their data before handing over their devices.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from repairs or parts sales.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information when submitting their devices for repair or purchasing products.
- Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification of repair completion may be disposed of or resold to recover costs.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- We value your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Customer information is used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Payment and Invoicing
- Payment is due at the time of service or purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods specified in-store.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays.
8. Amendments to Terms
- 786 Mobile Quebec reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted in-store and online, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
